Rehabilitation of Water and Sewage Networks

benefiting 45,000 individuals

The Rehabilitation of Water and Sewerage Networks (RWKK) project is repairing damaged water and sewage networks to provide 45,000 individuals with safe, clean water and functional hygiene systems, in light of infrastructure damage caused by the 2023 earthquake in northern Syria. Funded by Austrian foundations Nachbar in Not and Samaritan, the project’s timeframe is from May 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and is implemented in Aleppo and Lattakia.
